• Spring and Fall check-ups to ensure your HVAC system is operating at peak performance.

• Includes system inspection, electrical check, refrigerant level check, temperature split testing, drain line flushing, and general cleaning.

2. One Free Outdoor Coil Cleaning (As Needed)

• If your outdoor coil is found to be dirty during a maintenance visit, we will provide a full chemical cleaning at no additional cost (once per year).

3. Automatic 15% Discount on Repairs and Labor

• Receive 15% off all repair parts and labor for the duration of your membership.

4. No After-Hour Charges

• Enjoy the convenience of after-hours emergency service at no extra cost—your membership covers it.

5. Yearly Supply of Filters

• We will supply a full year’s worth of filters (typically three changes annually).

• Note: Filter prices may vary based on size and type.

• Skip the line—Gold Members receive scheduling priority over non-members for both routine and emergency service.

7. No Call-Back Fees

• If we need to return for the same issue within 30 days, there’s no additional service fee.
